ISA / JAC approves; the portal auto-publishes to the website and by email.

Refined, detailed entries — model photographs and a walkthrough video accepted this phase.

Jury 2 & Grand Jury — hybrid

5+ senior jurors generate the Top 5; finalists present in person to the Grand Jury.
